Expert witness in General Electric Capital Canada Inc. vs. The Queen, testifying on the pricing of financial guarantees in the Tax Court of Canada (2009).  Presented to German Competent Authority on performance guarantees (2012).  Deposed as expert witness on an insurance policy coverage issue (2009).

Presented to the Delaware Insurance Commissioner’s office on a regulatory action.  Presented on financial sector transfer pricing to the Association of Bankers in Singapore and to Hong Kong’s Capital Markets Tax Committee.

As part of Munich American Services, which earned fee income advising client reinsurers about run-off and ongoing US treaty obligations, served as the underwriting member of a team of actuaries, underwriters, accountants and claims specialists. 

As part of Munich American Intermediaries Corporation, placed and administered Munich American Reinsurance Company’s property catastrophe and casualty clash protections.
